        I called to get my birth control refilled and they said it was too early to refill it today. But I lost my birth control and when I said wait to ask a question about what they are able to do, they just hang up on me.

        Arrived on a Saturday at 11:55am and pharmacy was already closed for lunch until 1pm. My prescription for high blood pressure medicine was already filled - no copay. They would not get it for me. There were other patients that had arrived and been turned away before me - so I don't really know when they actually locked the doors. The other patients were going to wait in parking lot until the pharmacy opened at one. When should I have arrived if you advertise you close at Noon? DO NOT say you close at 12pm if you really close at 11:45 or 11:50 or 11:55!
