Mug-A-Bug Pest Control

They send cool, knowledgeable people who get the job done. When I moved in to this place, it was infested with oriental cockroaches. It's not, and it hasn't been for a long time. We don't even find dead ones. You can't go wrong with these guys.

The previous owner of my home did business with them to fix a rat issue. I moved in and was billed for an appointment although their business is with the previous owner. They made a straightforward process complicated. On top of that, the house still has rats. They recommended a follow up, but I would not recommend that since I doubt a second $65 follow up could fix it if a $170 set up and $65 intial follow up couldnt fix it. Stay away. Havent quite used their actual services yet (and i hope i dont have to) because my concern was purely for prevention since my neighbors had an infestation. But i called and asked for advice and the lady on the phone was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and very patient with me, even after i called like 4 times. Got way more helpful information then i could get out of google and she helped me remain calm. You go phone lady!! I wish i caught her name so i could have given her a proper shout out!
