This community is a great place to receive rehab. The staff is kind and caring and therapy does a great job with patients. Great leadership team too!

If you care about your loved one, don't send them here.   The staff clearly does not like their jobs and that is how they treat your loved ones.   When people are in need of a rehab that is the most difficult times of their lives not to mention how the family of those are in a whirlwind.  Most patients in rehab are not able to communicate how they are treated.   On more than one occasion, my dad needed to go to the bathroom it would be well over an hour before they would answer his call and one time they promised us to go right down and never showed up.   The staff was very rude to the patient and to his family.  Once a nurse argued about going to his room, it took longer for her to argue than go down there.   She told us that the nurse call buttons were not working and the only ones activating were in rooms where no one was at.   The staff is not good with working with the public either nor do they provide accurate information to the family.   Also rehab almost dosent occur there either, you'll pay for it but virtually nothing occurs.   Stay FAR AWAY From this place if you'd like to live.   There is no way these other reviews are accurate.  Always Get staff names, we did.
