Nice place as far as a physical rehabilitation center goes.

I have a family member in here for therapy, the weekend CNA attending to my mother's care is very lacking in compassion and caring. The only reason for 2 stars is the weekday staff. The CNA was great. I would recommend taking your family members to Colorado Springs if at all possible

My 91 year old mother in law broke her hip, had surgery and needed to be in rehab for a couple of weeks so we chose The Center based on the description and pictures. There are good and not so good things about this facility. The staff is awesome but so short staffed and seem overwhelmed at times. Not their fault. Everyone was kind, caring and helpful. We expected more in physical therapy but it could be an under staffing problem again. What therapy she did have was good and the therapists were very kind. The food is very good and everything is very clean. The common areas are bright and clean. There is currently no staff for the beauty parlor so that was disappointing. Overall her stay was very good given the short staffing situation. I would recommend this facility and hope they get more help soon.
