image This realtor was representing the sellers of the house I bought recently. Her integrity and honesty are pulled into question during our time purchasing this home. We had a contract that required the house to be professionally cleaned and we had listed all the specific things that were a necessity to be cleaned in the contract. Angie checked on the house and inspected it after the cleaners had performed their duties and had expressed to our realtor that it looked great! When it came time for our walkthrough we looked the house over and it was disgusting! The house was barely wiped down and the cleaners did a poor job. Angie made our relator get on the phone with the cleaning company and show them the extensive pictures of how poor their work was all while Angie had expressed that the cleaning company did great. During our walk through we also found that some blinds were taken down and thrown in the trash and per our contract the blinds were to be left and not messed with. Our relator expressed this to Angie and she told our relator to take them out of the dumpster and put them back up! Our relator told her that was unacceptable so Angie went and bought 2 sets of blinds that were no where near the correct size and just set them in the house for us to put up and find out they wouldnt even fit! Furthermore we had the countertops be replaced in the contract and once again Angie and the sellers gave the okay on the job! For us to find out the countertops were not even attached to the cabinets. We were able to lift them up by hand! The countertops were also a cut and paste install job with a little piece cut and installed at the edge of the counter to get the job down quick and cheap. The edge of the counter tops were also busted up and peeling off. Angie said they looked good to her though! From my understanding Angie did not try her best to advise these sellers to do the right thing and was totally okay with them taking short cuts at the expense of someone elses huge purchase! While I understand she can not control these people I believe it would have showed a lot about her character if she understood the buyers point of view in the matter. She cared so little that she would not do any of the work to make it right and had our realtor contacting all these companies that did the work to try to make it right! She made she sure went to closing before us to collect her check though! My all in all experience was that she was lazy, and somewhat shady during our transaction and I will make sure I never have her in one of our deals again.

Just some facts about what truly transpired during this transaction:I represented the Sellers on the sale of this home.Cleaning: The list of items for the cleaning request was printed out, as sent in the contract by the Buyer’s Agent, and I personally gave it to the cleaning company representative, when she came to give the bid. I never inspected the home, nor gave my approval on the initial cleaning. My Seller did notice that the cleaning was not done to her satisfaction and had the cleaning crew come back a second time. Following the Buyers walk through, the Buyers agent called and told me about all the stuff that was not done properly, I asked her to share her input with the cleaning company by sending them the photos and video. I then contacted the cleaning company to come back to correct and make sure all was addressed. Blinds: I had the cleaning crew remove the blinds that were broken and asked them to put them in the trash bin, in trying to be helpful so that the Buyers wouldn’t have to take them down themselves. Once I was told about the missing blinds from the Buyers agent, I said to her that they were in the trash bin and didn’t feel right in taking them from the trash to put them back up and advised her that I would go get new ones for them. I measured the old blinds and went and bought replacements at Lowe’s which I left in the house for the Buyers (4 boxes). I then got a call tonight, asking me to go pick them up because they don’t fit nor want them anymore.Countertops: My sellers and I contacted the contractor multiple times to come and correct the countertops situation. The contractor never returned any of my texts/calls and I made the Buyer’s agent aware, and she told me not to worry about it because the Buyers would handle it after closing. I never gave my stamp of approval for this job because it was in fact a botched job. Furthermore, my sellers gave everything that was asked of them on the Inspection Objection and more (such as a new kitchen sink). Also, they forget to mention in this review that my Sellers extended the contract twice to accommodate items needed to be completed by the Buyers to be able to close, while Sellers had already moved out by initial closing date on the contract and lived as a family of four in a 160 square foot hotel room.As for you seeing me in the hall Mr. Buyer (not that it’s any of your business) I work in the same building as the Title company, and yes, I do work and get paid and always go above and beyond and work my tail off to make sure all is done properly, for both sides to be satisfied and feel respected. Lastly, I too hope that we never have to cross paths, this was one of the worst deals I have ever done and dealing with your bad attitude and non-responsive side was a nightmare!
