I am just amazed at either how dumb or just not wanting any Neurologist to have a new patient...but this gal had the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a Medical "Professional" office...ever!!! I just wish I would have asked her name. The Doctor's need to know that one of their staff is telling a prospective new patient...that none of the Neurologists do spine care!! I have spine issues! Stenosis at cervical and lumbar Also have piercing headaches that zap my brain and am on meds for it. Pain is getting worse. Nerves misfire. Since my former Nero. didn't send a diagnosis, they won't see me for that!!!! Cannot get in for 5 months...this is Oct!!! SMH

If you want educated about your medical condition, or how a medicine works you will not get this from the Doctor you will be referred to a website or a 1-800#. You will not get phone calls or messages returned in a timely manner nor will you overall get help with anything that has to do with your medical condition because they believe they are above helping or explaining things to patients. You will not have test results explained to you. You will not get needed medical paperwork filled out for work to keep your job, to keep paying for overpriced medication through your insurance, with no explanation of what the medicine is doing for you. If it is actually helping or not, you will not get MRIs explained to you. Hopefully you don't get an incompetent nurse who incorrectly administers a 5-hour infusion with no apologies from the Dr or care from the DR, and the only reason you continue going is the hope that maybe the medication might work, and the fact that Pueblo has very few Neurologists and you can't travel to far out of town.

Waited over 6 months to get in, had a medical emergency "er visit" on day of appointment and they refuse to see me ever again!

I wanted to shout out to Rebecca for being a caring and knowledgeable provider that went the extra mile in my time of need. Thank you so much for working thru a challenging situation with me. Your professionalism does not go unnoticed!!!
