        Very corporate chain type of place, using generic scripts to sell you on future visits that may or may not be needed. Two trips and two hours spent in the office being solicited for >5 minutes of being adjusted. No interest in going back for the "free" massage. Waste of money and time.

        They are all very friendly and work with you to help you get better. They are not just a one and done type of place. They work to correct the problem areas. Like correcting the curve in the neck and spine, over time, so that the body can heal itself, and the pain will be eliminated. I have had very good experiences with them.

      We are sorry you felt this way about your experience with us. Our goal is never to sell anything to anybody, but rather educate on where each patient is and give options to helping them in the future. Nothing is scripted, but rather tailored to a patient's situation. It would be a failure in our part to not be thorough. We welcome any decision a patient makes whether it be selecting recommendations for spinal correction, pain management, drop-in visits, or just to see what we are about with our new patient specials. The massage is included in the initial fee, with no further obligation.
