    After total knee replacement surgery I was evaluated and set for 4 weeks total in-home therapies. Twice within this period the agency failed to notify me that they would not be here for in home therapy appointments after being told to expect them on these dates. When I called office to let them know I feel it is unacceptable to no show, I was asked if I would like to speak to district manager about no shows; I was allowed to speak with district manager but she politely dismissed me and hung up on me without listening to the problems within her company. I loved the physical therapist that helped me through a very difficult period of my life but there is definitely some internal problems but evidently they dont want to hear about it or try to resolve. I will never refer anyone to this agency for home health and with the district manager Jenna not caring enough to listen to concerns I definitely would not recommend their hospice services.

    We are only a few weeks in to getting home health services for my husband, Rafael, who is disabled from strokes and Parkinsons disease. But so far, our experience exceeds expectations. The nurses Renae and Julie have been really nice and make us feel comfortable asking questions or concerns. Julie left me a brochure about strokes that explain impairments affecting the left side of the brain, which happened to my husband. I now understand this is why he needs frequent instruction and now has problems discriminating left and right sides of his body. I love every physical therapist that has come to visit my husband! Each one listens to different issues I have had in getting Rafael to perform different tasks. Each one has come up with solutions to get him to sit straighter and not flop over in his chair, to stretch, to stand, walk and to use his arms and straighten his neck and legs. Thank you so much Willl, Jamie, Susan, Joe and Emmanuel! Finally, thanks to Ryan, Rafaels speech therapist. Ryan has helped us understand what we need to do to get Rafael to speak louder and more clearly. We have a long way to go to get Rafael to breathe more deeply so he gets enough air in his lungs to project his voice, but we have better tools and ways to get him to talk, rather than me just telling him to speak louder. Looking forward to continuing with instructions, therapy and exercises to help Rafael walk and talk better! Thank you so much Enhabit!

    Never could get a nurse out to see my mom at her home they had excuse after excuse. Went with ANOTHER COMPANY they had someone out to my moms right away. I would never recommend Emcompass to anyone!

Finally, thanks to Ryan, Rafaels speech therapist. Ryan has helped us understand what we need to do to get Rafael to speak louder and more clearly.
