this company will do anything to screw you over!!!
add extra items to your cart, making you return them for 15% stock fee!!!
forget to bring you items COMPLETELY then charge you for them...
then when you go to buy the items THEY FORGOT they charge you for them AGAIN!!!!
this isn't just once and awhile... this is every single time I have used them!!!!
I have a "credited account" i think they force you to do this just so they can SCREW YOU OVER
now that they have your credit information they can literally hold you hostage.... blame you or your employees for their inability to read a list and put a cart together

Very sad I am a local and unless we are "contractor" they will refuse to sell to the Public to their local community, I called to see if they would sell a motor for my furnace which is easy as changing a tire, and because I was not a "business" or " licensed" they would not sell anything to my knowledge, that is terrible service Pat words were call a furnace maintenance, why? So they can charge $700 to fix something we can do ourselves, I'm all for supporting local business but if we were able to which we are not I would not especially if that's their "policy" way of doing things.
