Everyone from the front staff to the doctor were very personable. They answered all my questions and educated me on things that I didnt even know existed when it came to hearing issues. Comfortable and welcoming setting. Highly recommend

Brought a family member in and had such a terrific experience. The staff is fantastic and thorough. Went over options, took the time to answer every question and let us try before we made a commitment. I highly recommend Hearaid. Very patient and caring.

Early in the PANDEMIC, I called ahead and was told they were not masking in the clinic even if I requested it. If a healthcare provider doesn't care about my health, I tend to not go there. -- In response to the Owner's response: this was early during a highly contagious covid pandemic when no vaccines were available. Yes, people who lip-read are the exception, and you should remove your mask for them if requested. But I expected you to have enough concern about everyone else's health in the clinic to mask up for them.
