Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers. Actually we were after the late season reds and jalapenos. Picked our own and got some sun at the same time. Good pricing and still had great choosing. Looking forward to a return trip next year to load up all over again. I revisited this farm with my friends because the owner (they guy) was nice a few years ago . That was the memories that had with this farms. But today we experienced most humiliating situation with a grouchy lady at the farm. A wrinkly lady was at the farm today who was , rude, bitchy and saying things over and over to exposing her menopause symptoms to us. Because we ask for (not demanding) some complementary items which other farms do as well as this farm in a few years ago when I visited. So i asked again politely. All she has to say " sorry we don't do it anymore " Like I said the guy was very nice to give away some complementary items to show the appreciation of doing business and we gratefully accepted so I mistakenly assumed it today as well. He provided a great customer skill but she tried to give lecture to us like we (Asian) are stupid and ignorant SPECIES. She didn't give us any chance to talk or explain to her back. It was her words straight towards to us without take a deep breath. That is why she looked like she was going through midlife crisis. There was other way of saying "NO" without insulting,humiliating and demeaning customers l She sure didn't communicate us correctly, if she gets tired of asked by customer with same question then, simply 'PUT A SIGN TO COMMUNICATE WITH US' Maybe she didn't like Asian and I see her as a racist.! otherwise she wouldn't have lecture us like that. I bet her dirt in the farm get treated better than us. If she lacks customer skills than she shouldn't work there. If she needs menopause pills than why not doubled the dose. I believe those farmers work hard and I respect that but she sure didn't know how to respect other people or provided adequate customer skills WORDS CAN KILL OR DESTROY PEOPLE WITHOUT PHYSICALLY TOUCHING THEM. AND SHE DID A GOOD JOB HURTING ALL OF US TODAY. WE WOULD NEVER GO THERE REGION AGAIN FOR ANY FARMING EXPERIENCE AT ALL. I WILL SHARE THIS TO OTHER FRIENDS AND LET THEM KNOW THIS UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE WITH HER. This country known for FREEDOM OF SPEAKING, INCLUDING FREEDOM OF ASKING WITHOUT HUMILIATING OTHERS. SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY RUDE , UNEDUCATED AND HUMILIATED ALL OF US. ESPECIALLY ME IN FRONT OF MY FRIENDS WHO WERE IN THERE FOR THE FIRST TIME. WEI HURRIED TO LEAVE THAT FARM BECAUSE DEALING WITH THAT LADY, MADE ME FEEL SCARED AND AGGREGATED . PLUS THEY CHARGED US MORE, RIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR EYES LIKE WE ARE STUPID SPICES AGAIN! 11 POUNDS MORE!!!! BUT WE LEFT BECAUSE WE FELT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND THREATENED.
