        This is our hands down favorite chilie roaster in Pueblo, Colorado. Bought 1 bushel of mild chilie and was so flavorful. We will come back due to the reasonably priced bushels and fresh fruit and vegetables!

        Drove from caon city this morning to get 2 bushels. They are roasted perfectly and the addition of garlic while roasting is amazing. We got one bushel medium with fantastic flavor and 1 bushel hot for my husband. We even got a free watermelon with purchase. Highly recommend.

        Vigil farms is the only place to get true roasted chile. Holly and Brax are well knowledged and friendly. They will walk an unexperienced chile enthusiast through the process from plant to roast, and get to know you and your likings. 6 bushels this year and not a single issue. They provide a quality chile and their staff is phenomenal. Great job guys!!! DONT GO ANY WHERE ELSE!!!!
