It is very unprofessional how they handle things. Regardless of the circumstances, for a business to hang up on an employee is extremely rude and unprofessional. Also their policy for missing work is understandable, however when you are in the hospital for a week or longer they should not be able to hold that against you, Especially if you told the ladies at the desk that you were in the hospital. The people at the front do not help at all and are extremely rude. This is not the first time I have been dealt rudeness. If you are going to be rude why even work with people?
