        They keep deleting my post. So Ill keep it short. The store in Pueblo West is filthy, unsafe, and the worst customer service ever! Drive into Pueblo, much nicer, clean and organized store, customer service is not great, but at least they will reply if you ask for their help. PWDT, you need to do better!

        Hours on the door state that they open at 8am M-S I am here Monday morning at 8:40am and doors are locked. I called and it just rings and rings, no answer or a machine picks up. I come here all the time and actually enjoy this location otherwise...

        10/19/23 This was my 2nd time at this location, and they carry somethings the 29th Street location doesn't have. My encounters with the staff have been a breath of fresh air compared to the 29th street location. Employees seem happy to be at work, and it shows in their disposition. This location is a little further from my home, but it is worth the trip for a decent shopping atmosphere and experience . THANK YOU

      I apologize the store was not open at the scheduled hour, without going into details a manager who originally had the day off had to go in and open the store on very short notice, we are doing our best so that this never happens again, I apologize for your negative experience and can only ask you'll give us another opportunity to provide you the Customer Service you and all our customers deserve!Thank you,Dollar Tree Management
