I ordered to go and didn't check the bag before going home. I then realized I had a missing sandwich and called to ask for a refund, where the lady decided to hang up on me. Good sandwiches but bad service.

I'm not sure what happened today! We have ordered from this store in the past and our food was good but in our last order, the bread tasted like old bread!! Very dry with no taste! We took everything from the inside of the sandwich and put it in our own bread! Very disappointing!!

I really like this place but today was just ok, the girls were super polite but the young lady who cut the bread just mashed it to nothing,none of the tables were ever cleaned the entire time I sat in the store. I really wished they made the sandwichs on the paper instead of dragging the bread accross the messy counter. Some small fixes and this place will be great. Update: March 25, 2024 Still vist this location, and still wish they would make the sandwiches on the paper instead of dragging g the bread accross the unclean counter. Just put the bread on the paper first please...
