Purchased a three year old house in Pueblo West, and Sky Creek Homes was able to provide tons of information about my new home. Mark was super friendly and extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and providing whatever documentation he could find.

I would not recommend Sky Creek Homes. Project management was lacking, attention to detail was overlooked, quality of work, particularly in some aspects, was marginal. Some subs were good, others were questionable. Could go on and on......

I would not recommend them as a builder or ever purchase another home from them. Our house is only three years old and had nothing but problems with it very replace a new water main air conditioning unit. Things that should not go out within three years. they are great people for hire awful contractors to do their work.

I am a real estate agent who has done business with Mark, Brian and Sky Creek Homes for many years. They are good guys; reputable, trustworthy and dependable. And they build a excellent quality home.
