I've been going to Thomas for a while now. I stopped and then returned. He is a good chiropractor but then today they had issues with my insurance, he's on my list and I double checked but then the receptionist, after speaking to dressen the other chiropractors receptionist said they don't take my insurance and made me pay a forty dollar copay. In the past it was twenty dollars but I updated my health insurance and shouldn't have any copays. Absolutely insane. My insurance called their billing department and they say the chiropractors aren't in this plan, which is a lie he's been enrolled for a long time. Apparently they want the customers but don't want to bill secondary insurance because they won't get their full payment. Ask and watch out for services like this. I've learned a lot today from my insurance company. Just because they're on your list doesn't mean they will go thru the proper steps to really care for you. Beware!!
