Needed a repair in two rooms at the threshold. Promptly showed up for the appointment, repair area quickly and it looks great! Wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to a neighbor or a friend.

I came into town for my elderly mother's birthday. She has a yapping little dog that thinks her carpet is a toilet. I was having a difficult time with the odor so I called Pink's, and they did an amazing job. Thanks Greg and crew!

Greg and crew did an amazing job. I have a rental and thought I was going to have to replace the carpet because of a tenant that sneaked a dog in without permission. They were able to repair the carpet so I didn't have to replace it.

Had my carpets done a few months ago by pink's carpet cleaning meaning to do this review then just had no time. My wife and I were not happy with the service that was provided. We got a wrong quote on the phone compared to when he was here and he spent most the time telling us how we got ripped off on whoever stretched our carpet and also told us how expensive and unaffordable he was to stretch the carpet the right way. Probably good company just won't use this place again felt like I was getting used car salesman vibes. Already used another carpet cleaning place since then and Had a 100 percent much better experience and our carpets looked so much better. ****UPDATE**** Your response to this review is Exactly what I was talking about. You acted as if we were poor you said how expensive everything was and we couldn't afford you. We don't work at Walmart my wife and I have great careers and own 3 properties, But to reference working at Walmart as a bad thing shows everything about you and your company. You gave us a discount because you gave us a totally different qoute on the phone. Sorry review was so late just telling you and anyone else how we felt after another carpet cleaning company came and did a better job for us. There is nothing wrong with anybody working at Walmart and yes we tipped because we understand hard work doesn't change the way we felt about the service when all was said and done. I wasn't there by the way my wife was I only talked to you on the phone and you acted as if my wife was totally wrong about qoute on the phone. I do look for best price because I have 3 kids and one on the way nothing wrong with that rich guy. I thought you guys were the best and I was wrong. Didn't need a full refund either wasn't worried about that. Hope you have a good day.
