This is a horrible scamming company. I stayed for 10 years hoping they would straighten up. I was never allowed to speak to accountant, call or email. The notes i wrote were never read. Both receptionists never relayed any of my messages. There was zero communication from all parties. This was the final year. It took them 7 weeks and calculated my late father's taxes, from which they computed twice since September. Taxes are due next week and everyone in the office refused to have Pete sign and print. I had to call the police. Marla was the only one that solve the issue less than 3 minutes! She is amazing. Please stay away from this company! Warning!!!

If you are a small business and or individual tax preparer, I would highly not recommend this firm. I dropped off all my tax documents on 4/14/2023 which Peter was distressed and said he couldnt file the extension. No problem I submitted it. Come to find out my last accountant filed an extension for me because I wasnt in there in time. Guess this should have been the sign to not use them. Several months went by of me initiating email and phone calls and Peter was always on vacation. Finally I had to get firm in the phone and they reassigned my case to someone else who asked for all the same documents I had already prepared. The bullet to really make this a bad experience was them not mailing off the tax returns to federal in the state. I do not really know what I was paying for besides being placed in the back burner for several months. Never used an accountant that didnt provide this service.: like ever Pros: they have nice free pens and the folder they provide is of high quality

Well should have read the reviews prior to making an appointment I see. Plz BEWARE!!!!!!! Consultation = 15 mins for free thats it! My appointment went well over and I was never informed that there would be a fee assessed during our conversation. I would have gladly ended the meeting and walked away.but NO a few months later I got an invoice in the mail for $100. I called the office but no response from my VM so I texted and asked Chris to ask specifically what this was for seeing as I never wouldve agreed to a consultation if there was a fee associated with it. We went back and forth via text and he was very vague. I questioned why wasnt this fee handwritten on the card he gave me with his personal cell phone #?? I came into the office today looking for more answers to the bait and switch (as the phone thing wasnt working) I feel is happening and Chris was very rude. He said it goes w/o saying his time started being charged after 15mins wth!??! He was ONLY one of three other CPAs I interviewed where a fee was ever mentionedlet alone AFTER the meeting was over (who does that!?) That would be a really good thing for the receptionist to maybe add to the appt confirmation email saying hey if this goes over 15mins there maybe a fee associated is that ok? Something ! Guess Im the idiot for assuming a business owner would inform another business owner WHEN THE CLOCK STARTS TICKING. God forbid someone gives some FREE information during an informative conversation..I do it alll the time as a Professional Realtor.
