I recently had a radon mitigation system installed. The vent runs through the roof of my home. Before the system went in I called multiple roofing companies in town who said they would call me back; then I never heard back from any of them. I needed to make sure the new vent had a boot/weather protection ASAP. When I called optimum and explained to them what was going on and that I wanted to coordinate the roof repair quickly after the vent went in they were on top of it. They had me an estimate for the repairwith-in a couple days and they showed up promptly the next day after the radon system was installed to do the repair. Great service and good quality work. I have had several roofs replaced and have never had an experience that went as smoothly as the job with Optimum Roofing and Solar. I contacted the company on a Friday afternoon. The owners made a trip to Trinidad CO. the following Wednesday. They were able to schedule the job within the following week and a half. The entire install, including the gutters, was completed in 3 days.
Both the crews who came out to do the work were excellent-very professional and super hard- working. The roofers worked a
12 1/2 hour day the first day. Both crews left my yard and surrounding area spotless.
Delaney (one of the owners) negotiated with my insurance co. to ensure that everything was covered in full. I highly recommend Optimum Roofing and Solar. It truly was an amazingly positive experience. Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation
