Honest, attention to detail! When they tell you something, it will get done and on time. They had two site managers look over everything, enhanced the solutions to make what needed to be done beautiful. It was a stressful time with house on The market. They came out and did an estimate and we scheduled a follow up design meeting but no one showed. I called several times to try and reschedule and never received a call back. I get that they are probably busy but they just ghosted us. It put our remodel back by months as we were waiting for follow through. Finally just gave up.

We contracted Cut Above Construction to design and build an accessory dwelling unit (in-law suite) onto our existing home and to build a separate 2-car garage. They were a dream to work with from start to finish. We had a few specific ideas of what we wanted, but weren't sure how to meet our needs with the space and floorplan we had on our existing home and property. Their design team came up with ideas to improve our existing space and meet all of our needs for aging-in-place, while keeping the character of our home and creating areas where we could all feel comfortable and relaxed. The scope of the project was large, encompassing both new construction and remodeling of an older home - bathrooms, bedrooms, a living room, a laundry room, storage areas, closets, outdoor living spaces, and a large garage were all in our construction plans. It was all executed beautifully by the construction team. Although the process was a new experience for our family, we felt like we were part of their team - involved and kept abreast of what was happening, delays, phases of the project, when people would be working and where, etc. The team was available to help with any of our questions, suggestions, or problems. They handled unexpected situations with grace, and made changes as needed to keep the construction moving efficiently and cost effectively for us, and in-line with our goals. They were fantastic to work with and my family is incredibly happy with how the construction turned out. We highly recommend Cut Above Construction.
