My husband and I are in LOVE with our new bed from Snooze! I feel better in the mornings, I don't snore as often and my lower back feels amazing. Thanks Matt! Michelle was wonderful to work with during our purchase, talk about top notch customer service!!!

You know the expression, if you snooze, you lose? Well, in my experience with snooze mattress, its more like, if you snooze, you win! To summarize everything, the dream mapping concept is great, but somehow didnt work for us. The salesperson, Dane, was so nice & not pushy at all. He let us choose without trying to push a certain mattress on us. We chose a Puffy mattress & after 2 weeks, my hubby (disabled vet) & myself (bad back problems) were waking up in pain every day. Turns out we got the softest mattress in the store, which our chiropractor said was not good for us (tip: if you have significant back problems, do your own research as well before you go in). Went back in (pun intended. Lol) & ended up ordering a very firm mattress that cost 3x the price as the Puffy. We ordered this on Labor Day (for the sale). The downfall was the wait time for delivery (about 4 weeks)only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. It was a long, painful 2 months of being on the Puffy (but that is not Snoozes fault at all)! However, it was a glorious day when the new mattress arrived! We had the best nights sleep! To me this whole scenario is proof that Snoozes staff is not greedy or pushybecause of the fact that it was our choice to buy one of the cheapest mattresses in the storeand then it was our choice to exchange it for an expensive one. But quite honestly, it was the best investment ever. I highly recommend this place & the staff! Honest, good-hearted people! They just want to see the customer happy! Also a bonus that they give you a lengthy trial period (so important) & a free exchange/delivery process.

Dane and the staff went above and beyond. Dang good deal. Gave my kids balloons. Let us try things out. Highly recommend
