        Went to this store today to get help to change everything to my new phone, they were happy to help! Halfway thru the process I was told that will be 24.99. I had no clue of any charges until after they had both of my phones in their possession and half way thru the process. Trapped me right into having to pay it. This is so unethical, I need others to know how this store operates.
