        Dale stole my money for a job I paid up front for and he never completed. After months of asking for a refund I gave up. If he did this to me he's capable of doing it to others. Dale, you never filed a single piece of paperwork for the title. I know because I had to do it all myself after you stole my money and bailed. You promised a refund for months. The fact you responded with a complete lie truly speaks to your character.
