We used Jennifer for tax prep. Someone fraudulently filed a return using all our current info after we had used her portal. They got our refund and it was a nightmare getting it corrected from IRS. She was absolutely no help to us and wouldnt offer any information about how it could happen. Never apologized either. Very unprofessional and would never recommend her,
