All C's Embroidery & Advertising

This is the worst experience Ive ever had with a company. Their lack of communication is very frustrating. Its been 4 weeks since i dropped off a gym bag to have a friends name put on it. I dropped it off on a Tuesday, i was told it whould be complete on the following Friday. On Friday i received no calls, no texts, no emails... Sat, Sun no communication, Mon I call no answer, i leave a message. by friday i have received no calls, text, or emails. I call no answer i leave another message to call me back please. Still i received no form of communication at this time im feeling very frustrated i call again on Thursday i leave another message...finally on the following Monday i receive a text saying."I am driving to printer right now to find out why this isnt done. We should have had an art proof and this was to be done last week. There will be no charge for this" how have you not done this yet in almost 4 weeks?? I am told i can pick it up the next day. So 2 days later i go to pick it up and i gind out they dont have it yet and now i have been waiting for almost an hour ....what a terrible company i am very surprised to see they have a 5star rating.... i will never again use them for anything.

A friend owns the comic shop next door and he has only had good experiences with the owner of this shop. You should definitely consider calling if you have any needs that his shop would assist with.
