        Ive been working with Miles for the last 8 months while I have rehabbed from a major knee surgery and Id highly recommend him to anyone looking for a PT. Miles takes the time to get to know his patients, while also providing an expert level of care. He communicates on a regular basis any changes to programs and is readily available to answer any questions. Not only has Miles helped me fully recover from my surgery, but he has also helped me actually get stronger and in better shape than I even was prior to surgery. I can not even begin to express my sincere thanks for all of his help in getting through this recovery and again would HIGHLY recommend him and Evolution Physical Therapy and Fitness- they are the best of the best!

        I was referred to Evolution Physical Therapy after completely tearing my ACL. I worked with Sam Kushner both prior to my surgery date and for over a year afterwards to get me back to 100%. His guidance and expertise through the healing, recovery, and rebuilding process for my knee was invaluable and I couldn't recommend him or Evolution Physical Therapy enough. I'm fully back into all the activities I loved before my injury such as ice hockey, snowboarding, and hiking. A+ in my book!

History Established in 2002. Evolution Physical Therapy began in 2002 and has developed into the leader for Rehab, Injury Prevention, Performance and Wellness across multiple clinics in Los Angeles.
