        This is my response to the generic reply to my original review. The phone number goes nowhere. @sportsmanwharehouse if you truly want to speak to me about my concerns then please provide a number to speak with someone. Normally everyone is nice and knowledgeable, in my experience. My last two visits have been different. Barry at the gun counter pretends to be knowledgeable. To be entirely honest, he has no clue what he's talking about and is very rude. He told me all pistol lights need to be custom fitted (which obviously isn't true). I explained to him why its not true, went to purchase a light and he followed me to the counter. I can only assume he was making an assumption i was going to steal. I was in the store yesterday, to buy a belt with my son, and he proceeded to stare at us without any offer of assistance. Ive probably spent 5k in this store but will never come back if Barry is there.

        Went in to buy a safe. They had a LOT to choose from, however, they are ALL locked with an electronic keypad. They seem to think this is preferred by tech-savvy customers. It's not, they are the most delicate, the easiest to break into, and ANY fire will destroy it. If that happens, you have to get someone out TO DRILL the safe. Yeah, you have to get a safe-cracker to break into the safe. With a dial safe, it takes a much hotter fire to damage it, AND you can often just replace the dial to open the safe. AND you have to get a third party company to deliver and install your 800 pound safe. But the employees were nice!
