Just wanted to give our experience with Lance, which left my wife and I disappointed with Lance's professionalism. After talking with a few different lenders, we locked in with a different/lower rate which was with another lender. Afterwards, we reached out to the other lenders. Everyone else was respectful and understanding with our decision and still gave an encouraging demeanor. However, Lance proceeded to instantly fire back with texts and multiple calls (reminded me like a crazy ex girlfriend style) within minutes to my wife. I finally answered to thank him for his time but ended up being hit with an overkill of pushing for a sale. My wife told him from the get go the highest mortgage we can afford and he said from the very beginning that's not happening (which is why we ended up shopping around). The conversation very much displayed Lance's true character of being heated that we didn't agree to hiring his services. It was very discouraging to hear his attitude turn to making jabs for choosing someone else. His sales tactic is way too pushy and not as sincere for home buyers. Will not reach out again for any services from Lance. I may be server but I know I make a positive influence on everyone I meet bub. I don't normally like to waste my time and leave negative reviews but definitely wanted to bring to light our negative takeaway.
