True professional all around. A master of his trade. Rick provided genuine guidance throughout this process. Being that this was my first home buying experience he made things easier throughout for us to understand. He was readily available to further clarify and explain the breakdown of all expectations. Almost losing hope that the person we were previously working with couldnt really give us an answer and kept giving us the run around, I reached out to Rick. He never told us NO, what he did do was give us, a timeline, a plan and HOPE on how we were going to get our HOUSE. Extremely knowledgeable, had answers to all our questions in a way I could understand, put in the work to get us cleared to close in 14 days, and everything prior to that.
