She was patient with us as we tried figuring out what we were looking for, incredibly proactive in sending possible homes that matched our preferences (without us ever asking), and she cared so much about finding us our dream home, which she did!! She also did an amazing job marketing our home and getting the word out about the listing. So amazing, that we went under contract over a weekend!! Relocating from WA and had a colleague recommend Kaylee. Her knowledge of the Parker/Castle Rock area is extensive and this was very helpful in deciding on areas to focus our house hunting. Kaylee was incredibly generous with her time, communicating into the evening hours and on weekends, plus willing to look at houses a 2nd or 3rd time. She helped us get a great house in an excellent neighborhood in the Pinery. She stood by us through the whole process and walked us through the more technical parts of finalizing the offer and entering under a contract. She is very personable and friendly/kind hearted and committed to her clients and the community. Highly recommend her!

Kaylee was so incredibly great to work with. My wife and I have been thinking about moving for a couple years and were lost in the crazy Colorado housing market and luckily we were referred to Kaylee. Kaylee not only sold our house quickly for over asking price, she also helped us find the forever house we had in our heads and was incredibly helpful through the entire process (viewings to closing). 10/10 recommend!! Kaylee is absolutely AMAZING!!! This was our first home-buying experience but Kaylee made sure we knew anything and everything about the process, answered ALL of our questions, and was there whenever we needed her. From our first initial discussions and talking through what we might even be looking for, Kaylee got to know us and made suggestions, recommendations, helped us with potential issues that we should look for in homes (or the process overall!), and we are just so, so, so happy she helped us build our dream home! We cannot recommend Kaylee enough to anyone looking for their new home!!
