As a disabled veteran with a lot of chronic back pain and sleep issues, I've been searching for the best solution for a great night's sleep. As soon as I started talking with a young man named Brent, I knew I was in the right hands. He was extremely knowledgeable and treated me like a real person and listened to all of my concerns throughout the whole conversation. I never felt like he was trying to push any items just to make a sell. In fact I felt like he was going out of his way to help me get the best deal on what I was needing for the best sleep experience. Had a great expeience buying a washer/ dryer and King mattress from Appliance Factory and Mattress Kingdom in Parker. Nice to have it all at one store. They service what they sell, they have a large selection of mattresses to try out, they will price match, and they have an exchange guarantee if you get your mattress home and dont like it. Brent was very helpful in explaining the features of all the appliances and mattresses we looked at.
