I am a UHC loyalist but by the twist of my PCM, here became my standard mammo shop and I've been nothing less than pleased with my care. The reception area is very pleasant and the techs are very accommodating. I always have some issue of one or another and they explain exactly what they are doing, why and how long. I have also met with the Radiologist several times; her language is 100% layman; I understand exactly everything she is saying. This location runs on schedule but I wouldn't advise Cosco shopping beforehand; if they see an imaging issue, yes, you WILL wait.

I had an amazing experience with the scheduler Christy. She was patient and very helpful. She took time to find the earliest appointment for diagnostic imaging She showed empathy and compassion throughout my call with her.

This facility does not follow the mission statement. They are unable to provide a manager or someone other than the receptionist to speak to. They do not provide results for 1 week even when you are sent for suspension or lumps with family history of breast cancer. I would NEVER recommend this facility or centura health. All other facilities in Colorado provide same day results. Do NOT go here!

I did not have a good patient experience. The radiolgy technician informed me I would receive a phone call going over the results of my imaging report. This did not happen. Instead I received a phone call to schedule additional imaging for a diagnostic ultrasound. I used to authorize imaging exams and know the difference between a screening and diagnostic imaging and also know how to interpret the reports. They wanted to schedule before my PCP spoke to me. I declined the imaging and received another call to schedule a week later. "I just want you to know your provider has you coming in for additional imaging" "Has me coming in??" I declined to schedule and now I'm coming in? I provided feedback and told them I do not ever want to come back. The staff member I spoke to stated they do not have time to talk to their patients. That is very sad to hear someone candidly tell you they do not have time to talk to you. Especially a healthcare professional. The only talking I received were scheduling calls. Not explaning my results, not asking me what I want to do with my medical care. Not asking me how I am feeling. That was my experience and I am sharing. I encourage anyone reading this review to be your own health advocate. You can have control over your own health decisions. You do not need to schedule just because you receive a phone call to do so.
