I really hate to post regarding Powder Country; but, I feel it necessary. I have been attempting to get sprinkler activation services and other services since May. Today, although I had my second appointment scheduled, Katie sent me an email arbitrarily cancelling the appointment. I immediately responded and said that we desperately needed this appointment. She indicated that she didn't hear back from me. This was intentional! We have spoken four times about this appointment. Again, this is now July! What did she need from me? Nothing! Her technician was to activate our sprinklers. PERIOD. The reason that I said that I hate to post is because Shane is great. He is informative and understands landscaping. He is professional and a joy to work with as we have used their services in the past. I don't know why Katie has blown me off now for two months and cancelled once again. This is highly disappointing. She then told me in an email that it would cost $50 and someone would have to be at the house. We knew this from when we booked the appointment in May. I don't know if she is cancelling because they don't want to do business with POC. But we had hoped to have our entire backyard redone by Shane and his team. Katie however refuses our business. She is so mean. She changes her story to blame the client. Why would I cancel services that we have been begging for since May?! If you are a POC, you may not get the chance to do business with them as Katie will string you along and cancel repeatedly.
