If Kelly conducts herself in business in anywhere near the same way that she conducts herself personally within her own community, shes the last person I would want to be dealing with when money was exchanging hands. Beware, if you give her your money and something goes wrong, youre likely to see her true colors.

Kelly and Shane are great to work with. They are professional, creative and really listen to their clients wants/needs. They deliver timely and created a beautiful environment for us to enjoy! Couldnt be happier!!!

This is in response to Mr. Bain's complaint. Not only was there steady contact between PVL and him, he did not have the repair done by PVL, because he felt they were taking too long. Not because they weren't willing to do it. After being investigated by the BBB because of his the complaint, The BBB agreed with PVL, and said that everything was done to please Mr. Bain, yet he was still not statisfied. 5 stars to PVL, for trying to make the situation right. Some people cannot be pleased.
