They will verbally promise you gift cards to make up for the hundreds and hundreds of dollars that they steal from you, and never even send the gift cards. They intentionally don't reach out and will ignore your calls, and call it a "miscommunication" for the overcharge and blame it on something like unsigned documents. Even after the documents get signed, you'll still get overcharged because the documents you signed are apparently not signed, so you'll have to keep signing documents until they decide your signed documents are signed. In the meantime they will keep overcharging. They will rob you right in front of your face with a smile.
