They always return my calls and emails and answer any questions I have promptly, The owner calls me periodically to review my account and to make sure we are up to date with proper coverages. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office and Farmers insurance company.

Melinda, Peggy, and Korbyn all helped me with every question I had, and always sent over the documentation I needed with my renewals. In general, I don't often correspond with insurance agents much, which I suppose is a good thing because it means that we haven't needed to file claims or have had issues/problems, etc. However, I've had some recent experience interacting with Peggy and Melinda because we added our teenager driver (and the vehicle she purchased) to our policy. Both Peggy and Melinda have been very responsive to my questions. Melinda also helped when I had a chip in my windshield recently. I appreciate their assistance and would recommend them.
