Luciana has been great to work with. She has been flexible with me in scheduling and her people are prompt and very good. I think the best thing I can say is she will own a mistake or problem(there have not been many). A bathroom light fixture was broken and she promptly paid for its replacement. Some corners of the carpet were not being cleaned one time. I sent her a picture and it never happened again. I definitely recommend using Done! Services: Standard cleaning, General housekeeping

I cant even begin to explain how Luciana and her team have impacted my familys lives. She and her staff are prompt, thorough, detail oriented, professional, friendly and all around amazing! My husband and I both work full time and though I am fully remote now, he still has to drive from Parker to Downtown Denver twice a week. We are crazy busy parents of two little girls whom are involved in a ton of extra curricular activities etc. We generally dont get a lot of time all in one place so our weekends are really important to us. We were finding ourselves either spending all of our time together cleaning and getting things picked up OR not enjoying our space because it wasnt clean or picked up. Luciana came to our rescue in 2019 when I had just had my youngest daughter. She was extremely warm, sweet and accommodating to what we were needing and has since become part of our family. She and her team have allowed our family the freedom to really enjoy the little moments of free time that we do have together, in a fresh smelling and sparkling atmosphere! We would highly recommend her and her team for any future cleaning services you might need. They know how to get it DONE!!
