    My mom had booked a room several days in advance. Snowstorm moved in overnight (3/14 - 3/15) and she wouldnt be able to make it due to the road conditions. Mom called to cancel the reservation while it could be cancelled but was rudely told shed have to wait until she could talk with the manager (the next day, after the cancellation grace period). Not exaggerating, this gal was RUDE. Next day, we both called a couple times to talk with the manager regarding the cancellation and a refund of all $115, and, oddly enough, same gal RUDELY told us to wait until the manager calls us. We were also told that she was lucky that the $75 pet fee wouldnt be applied. Considering the rudeness of the woman on the phone and the fact that a room that was NOT used was paid for, Id hope to get a free night there one day, but we know that wont happen. This is service these days. No manager has called either one of us back.

    Place was ok but the staff in the morning were kinda trash. Most hotels take care of gold member customers so a request for a late checkout shouldnt be such a big deal to where you dont have time to answer the front desk phone but you have time to find me in the parking lot and watch me until I drive off. Didnt know I needed to be supervised while loading my bags and getting my son buckled in show some respect and act like youve been that person before Im sure youve asked for a late checkout before but not everybody is you so unlike you I was actually doing what I was supposed to do and you lady were not. Shoutout to the kid working overnight you did a great job and the morning staff could use a few pointers in customer service from you , just saying.
