Very pleased with the work that Jeff from Aspen Ridge Inspection Services did for us. We were looking for someone who can do a pre-drywall inspection including the roof, but our builder doesnt allow anyone to step on the roof at this stage for liability reasons. Luckily we found Aspen Ridge Inspection Services since they used a drone to throughly inspect our roof. Its a family business and Jeff was very responsive since the start and was kind enough to explain every step of the pre-drywall inspection process in detail. The report was also very clear and detailed with pictures of the issues and the recommendations. I highly recommend anyone to do a pre-drywall inspection even for a new construction and I highly recommend Jeff from Aspen Ridge Inspection Services.

Jeff at Aspen Ridge is top notch. He gave us a thorough inspection into every bit of the property we are purchasing, no stone left unturned. Not only did he run us through things we could potentially do in conjunction with things we planned to do, but he gave us a priority list of everything we need to address, and how soon it needs to be addressed. The inspection report was also very thorough and very helpful. 10/10 will recommend to anyone looking for a no nonsense, professional, and thorough inspection.
