My Cachet experience was incredible from the minute I walked into the store, to when I picked up, and checked all my business shirts. Everything was pressed to perfect and Yvonne said they did extra collar cleaning to make them perfect. Yvonne is absolutely fantastic and has won my repeat business, I wish I could give her 10 stars!!! Ask for Yvonne, she ROCKS!!! Services: Laundry pick-up, Clothes pressing

Having mixed feelings about the service here. Tried them twice. First time we had a suit and a white shirt cleaned for my husband and they did a great job! Came back with same suit and more clothes. Picked them up, didnt even check bcz had good experience first time. Packed the clothes in plastic bags they provide, flew to friends wedding. Time to get ready - the shirt has yellow stains all over and I dont even remember this shirt having them!! Stains in the armpit area look like they havent been cleaned at all! My detergent at home does a better job with those! Was sooo mad! Bcz if you couldnt get the stains out TELL ME ABOUT IT! I will even pay bcz you still did your job! But here we were left with a dirty shirt an hour before the wedding! Not coming back
