Nice people to work with, they do excellent work at a fair price. Even when we encountered the unexpected during our kitchen remodel project they were able to respond and hold schedule. We were comfortable having them in our house for many weeks, and will use them again for our next project. We hired this company to renovate our kitchen, bathrooms, dining room, living room, and hallway. The contractors were punctual and responsible. Tamara, the company's manager, did a great job organizing everything and gave us helpful advice on design and materials. We also want to praise Shean and Jim for their excellent work; they made sure the renovation proceeded smoothly and successfully. We want to thank all the workers who were part of the project, including those who laid the laminate flooring, installed the kitchen and bathroom tiles, worked on the countertops, and handled electrical and plumbing work. They did a fantastic job. Moreover, the company completed the project ahead of the initially specified deadline in the contract. We are happy with the results and highly recommend this company for anyone looking for quality renovation services.

I had a great experience at first, until about 10 months after install and our kitchen floor tiles started to pop and shift. Tamara had contracted the tile work to another company. Tamara had that same contractor come back out and fix the loose tiles. He told me while he was at my house that the tiles were not properly set with the correct adhesive on initial install. I asked him what was keeping the other tiles that he did not fix from popping up. He told me nothing, and that there is a chance that they will. After another month or so different tiles popped up and had moved around, making the tile and grout loose. When we contacted Tamara to come out for a second warranty issue, that is when things got interesting. She came in very aggressive and literally jumping around my kitchen, as her way of checking to see if the tiles were loose. Not sure what method that is, but in the least it was entertaining. Of course, when jumping on tiles as Tamara was, the problem of the loose tiles was not properly addressed. Tamara refused to listen to my Husband and myself. Tamara kept interrupting and talking over us, while jumping around the kitchen. Not only was Tamara unprofessional, Tamara and her contractor were very rude. Her contracted installer was there as well for the second warranty issue and he said several times that our project was nothing to him and that he had better commercial jobs, and we were just a waste of his time. I have attached some photos of the problems that we experienced. We were told it was normal wear and tear. If you dont want your grout to look like this after only a year, I would suggest not using 5280 Remodeling & Restoration. We ended up contacting a professional tile company to come in and test the tiles appropriately, rather than Tamaras method of jumping on them. I met with Jim, Tamara, and Shawn a few times before starting our project and everything seemed great. We confirmed all work, I paid the deposit, and had a contract. After already beginning the demolition I got a call from Tamara to let me know that Jim did not typically do the estimates and that he had made many mistakes on the estimate. The edits Tamara made added several thousand dollars to my job but she waited to tell me this until the walls had already been ripped out in my bathroom! I asked her to honor the estimate since neither of us were changing anything I had requested, she had many opportunities to look at it and edit the price before beginning work, and that it was not my fault that one of her fellow owners made those errors. While she fully admitted and apologized for the errors, she not only still intended on charging me the higher prices, she wouldnt even take off the labor fees. I ended up stopping the project with them as a result of their dishonesty. I had to wait several weeks to have another crew in to avoid supporting liars. I would not recommend them to anyone. If you use them, make sure Tamara does your quote as she will provide the correct numbers that they will end up charging. They are super cheap so at least they have that. Common just be good people.
