        We have been customers for years and have been happy with their services. When I checked out on 3/19, the front desk person was having trouble with the broken card reader. She assured me that I wouldn't be charged twice but I was. I called and talked to the director Patti, who was of zero assistance and just kept repeating to talk to my bank. How did my credit card company get two charges? Because it was charged twice! **After posting this review, the owner promptly contacted me and resolved the issue. My card has been refunded and I am impressed with her follow up!
