        I was so sad to learn that the Pridemore's no longer own Pride. Recently, I went in for brakes (rotors and pads). The labor fee seems really high... over $800. The people were friendly and helpful. They got me a Lyft to and from my office since they were going to have the car for a few hours (turned out to be 10am to 5pm, including the inspection), which was very nice.

        WARNING TO THE PEOPLE OF PARKER! Pride is no longer owned by the Pridemore family. It is no longer the wonderful, trusted small town shop they were. They are now owned by the same company as Service Street, and they're absolutely disgusting, slimy people now. They charged $400 for labor alone on a set of front rotors and pads and another $400 for the rear. $800 in labor alone for simple rotors and pads on a Toyota. Absolutely insane. Stay away. Far, FAR away.

        We have taken our vehicles here and there. Descant service and thats why we go back. This last time I was there, I was able to get in for a Quick Look see. My car was in and out 10 min. The quote I was given was way over the top! The most Ive been quoted ever there. Taking my SUV to a Ford dealership is normal more expensive but not this time! Im super disappointed in Pride. They are recommending things to be replaced because they cant get to my water pump any other way than to take my engine out. Maybe get more experience technicians!!
