This place is perfect for people who have a trailer hooked on because it has a lot of parking that is usually open. The rooms feel more like an air bnb than a typical hotel room which I really like. Krystal and Bailey are exceptional and very friendly. This is not the 4 seasons but for the price you are getting WAY more than you pay for.

Woooow so we were now kicked out before the 30 days because they dont want to tax exempt us , what a way to screw your guest over because your so broke and dont want to pay back. Ive been here for about a month already and it was great when we first got here then it started going down hill , my room has been serviced twice then the washers stoped working and now none of them work anymore then the elevator
Is no long working and hasnt been in the past two weeks , they told us that the housekeepers have been quitting then they said they would have maintenance fix it but he said he doesnt get paid enough there for he isnt fixing anything till he gets paid more. We have been servicing our room since we got here and the third time they service our room they wanna charge the 100$ fee cause we damaged the room. All we did was add the blue toilet bowl cleaner and unscrewed the drain plug because there was hair stuck witch can easily be screwed back on, also they dont properly train there employees to charge rooms.
They have all day to attend to rooms and dont do anything, maintenance does not want to work due to not being paid enough. They should have enough money to fix everything but dont do anything or seem to want to. Then theres some women always sitting with her legs wide open as if shes a man making it uncomfortable and uninviting to wanting to sit in the lobby.
Broke starving people who cant afford to pay to make repairs.

So I'm a long term guest here. I arrived when ownership, then management were in transition. As far as ownership..... put it this way... I've never seen such a devout staff, hanging on for multiple weeks with no pay, waiting for "corporate" to get their act together. Or hours getting cut. As far as "My experience here? Well housing is difficult for me right now in Colorado, that being said, Western Slope Suites has been my home! The staff, my Family! I love these girls, and I know they are doing the best they can, the Guys too! It's more a place you stay extended, and treat like your own. When it rains it pours, especially with disabled amenities, but the staff have higher ups authorizing things at their own leisure. By the way, the Christmas decor for the hotel came out of the pockets of staff here at the hotel. But people who like to smear people and businesses are also the type of folks who took away my ability to hang a hammock, a commonly know item used for pain and anxiety. But then again what would we do with our own lives to live....

Do not stay here. If you do, watch your wallet because they will double charge you then claim they did a refund. We had to go to extraordinary lengths to correct their double charge. Not nice people.
