COVID-19 ISSUE; Mountain Pizza & Taproom: Our (wonderful) food (and it was very good; we’d recommend it), was unfortunately served at an uncleaned table. I told the server that we needed the table cleaned. The server said, yes sir! (with a disrespectful tone). And then followed by saying she was too busy to clean-up the table; we’d have to wait. I did not except that we would have to eat our meal at an uncleaned table, so I told the shift supervisor about the situation. She told me that I needed to be nice, that is true. I asked for the owner’s name and after the third request, the supervisor said, Bill Hart. As your customer, I expect to be in a clean environment, my table area, the tables around me, and your restaurant in general. When you post a sign, Face Masks Required, make sure your cooks and serving staff follows the rule. Please, never tell me that you're too busy to clean my table and that I’ll have to wait. I especially expect, at a minimum, that my table is clean before my food arrives. This is my expectation under normal circumstances, and especially, given COVID-19. When I ask for the owner’s name give it to me immediately. Always remember that without customers you have no business. The last three (3) months provide ample evidence of that. Although my wife and I will not return to your restaurant, we’d recommend Mountain Pizza & Taproom to others. Our issue was a service issue, not the quality of the food. Anyone can have a bad moment, day, or week. So, our hope is that our experience was not the norm for this establishment.

Do an activity book and get your Pagosa bear. They had a lot of brochures on many different destinations and activities. The staff was kind and informative.
