        The young woman there today was zero help. She had no knowledge of how to navigate the Verizon app, couldnt explain or fix issues with the bundle I have, and made no attempt to problem solve. She actually gave me incorrect info about the amount Verizon was charging me. Waste of time to visit this store.

        Went in to get a new phone for our business. the girl that helped me had no idea on how to do it? after calling someone to help her the person on the line was no help, sat there for over an 1/2 hour with nothing!! Went to the ATT store in Durango and had service in less than 1/2 hour.

        This Verizon was so helpful! Im from out of town and have never been greeted so kindly. The person I worked with was Paige and she helped me out and was so knowledgeable. Thank you!

        Great in person. But totally messed up my international plan that I agreed to do for a month. Got double changed and put on a monthly plan (that we agreed to avoid.) Frustrating especially when this is for work. Other then that, staff was great. Give me a call and lets make this right.
