I recently hit a deer Ben & his amazing staff , Repaired body damage painted & repaired the panel shift so my passenger door will open back up :) not only were they professional, communicative, helpful, & new what they were doing ! My car literally looks brand new like nothing happen Ill definitely be referring plan b to any one whos in need!! Service: Painting

Ben is amazing! Friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We got hit by an elk on the way into town on a Friday night - windshield pretty much destroyed, significant damage to the side of our car. Ben came out to us on a Saturday (a day he's normally closed) with less than an hour's notice, and spent over an hour with us talking through all our options, calling rental car places for us, etc - didn't ask for a cent in return. We live pretty far away so we ended up having to tow away instead, but cannot recommend Ben and Plan B Customs enough. Service: Body & Trim

Husband and I were traveling through Pagosa Springs and our brakes went out on our RV. We were given Bens name at the auto parts store and gave him a call at 4 oclock on Thursday afternoon and explained we really needed to leave town the next day. He had us bring our RV in at eight the next morning and fixed everything at a very reasonable price and we were gone by 10:30 that morning. He helped us out tremendously and was so Knowledgeable & accommodating. Highly recommend he & his mechanic! Chuck & Debbie B
