        1 they quoted me a firm price of $2,700 it cam out to 2,799 so much for firm price ! On 3/8/24 they gave me a firm price to run on my debit card we agreed on $300 dollars they ran the WHOLE amount said it was an honest mistake . 2. They took the original receipts to the back of the office for some reason ,the ones they ran Friday the 8th of March hmmmmm 3.when I was Talking to Joe Stoll some other guy butted in he is bald and width to height proportionate and was rather flip about the whole thing. 4.what they say and what they do are quite different in their business model

        I have had 2 vehicles in 13 years and anytime I have issues with my transmission and rear differential I will always take it to them.

        Brought in my 97 4runner with a plethora of transmission issues. The guys were incredibly kind and had a very fast turn around. The car felt brand new after getting a rebuild and have had no issues since. Highly recommend

      Doug, we truly are disappointed that you feel this way.1. We did try to rectify the charge, and you would not let us. You approved $2799, so that is confusing.2. I took the original receipts to the office to reprint, because the warranty was not on there. I told you that.3. My colleague only intervened when you said that I was not sincere.4. We fixed the mechanical issue you had with your vehicle, it was related to the transmission, and we fixed it. It was exactly what we said we would do.Again, we are sorry we could not come to an agreement on solving the issues we had, but we did offer.
