They get you in by offering a low rate for the unit and then raise the rate to nearly double a couple of months later. This location in Northglenn near I-25 is not worth what other storage locations are charging because there is only one way in (the other gate is chained closed) and often the isles are blocked. Multiple units were destroyed in an apparent fire and this makes getting in and out even harder because they have the roadway fenced off. And Safety seems to be an issue at this location. I was shocked when the woman running the office actually shared that they have caught several "Crack Heads" staying in the units. I'll never rent here again!

It was a very easy process. I reserved a date online, called to confirm a time, showed up signed papers and walked away with my gate code. Miley was very friendly and helpful.
